East Coast Water Quality is the exclusive water treatment dealer for over 25 Lowe’s Home Improvement stores throughout Virginia & North Carolina, and we are hiring immediately for outgoing people to work inside our Lowe’s locations.
This is NOT door-to-door.
This is NOT cold calling.
This is NOT high-pressure sales.
Your entire job is simply:
• Talk with Lowe’s customers
• Offer a FREE in-home water test
• Set appointments
That’s it.
Most homeowners already know they have:
• Hard water
• Bad tasting water
• Appliance buildup
• Dry skin or hair issues
• Iron staining
• Concerns about bottled water or drinking water quality
You’re simply starting the conversation and offering a free educational water test.
Customers LOVE the tests because we can compare:
• Bottled water
• Refrigerator water
• Tap water
• Well water
• City water
The tests are exciting, educational, rewarding for customers, and give many homeowners real peace of mind — all completely FREE.
We help homeowners with:
• Reverse osmosis drinking water systems
• Whole-home water softeners
• Iron & sulfur filtration systems
Many customers are surprised to learn that our reverse osmosis drinking systems can cost LESS monthly than constantly buying bottled water — without the plastic waste, heavy lifting, or questionable water quality.
PAY:
• $18/hour guaranteed
• PLUS commission & bonuses
• Part-time or full-time
• Flexible scheduling
Some team members prefer to “own” one Lowe’s location and really build it up. Others rotate between nearby stores depending on scheduling and traffic. We can structure the position around the right person.
THIS POSITION IS BEST FOR SOMEONE WHO:
• Feels comfortable speaking with strangers
• Has an outgoing personality
• Likes talking to people
• Can stay self-motivated without being micromanaged
• Wants strong earning potential without hard selling
• Wants to stay active instead of sitting behind a desk
Customer service, retail, canvassing, bartending, hospitality, phone sales, or appointment-setting experience is a plus.
There ARE future sales opportunities for the right candidates if they eventually want to grow into that role, but this position is primarily focused on greeting customers and setting appointments.
