I have a rental house that was smoked in and I need 2 rooms and a hall painted ( Ceilings and walls ) - one coat of oil based primer and one finish coat on the walls and ceiling. I can provide the paint or you can add that to your quote. I am looking for a quote for the whole project. It has to be painted on June 30, July 1 as I have new tenants moving in on June 6.
